On the morning of August 20, 2024, Viteccons, the general contractor, in collaboration with the investor Indochina Kajima Development (a joint venture between Indochina Capital and Kajima Corporation), held the topping-out ceremony for the Wink Hotel Hai Phong. The ceremony took place at 135 Dien Bien Phu Street, Minh Khai Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City. The hotel is expected to open in the second quarter of 2025. Among the seven Wink Hotels that are currently being developed, Viteccons is honored to serve as the general contractor for three projects located in Hai Phong, Hanoi, and Can Tho.

The Phuong Nam Hotel and Commercial Complex, located on Nguyen Cong Tru Street, Ward 01, Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province, is being constructed by Viteccons as the General Contractor. As of July 10, 2024, the project has reached the concrete pouring stage for the 4th floor slab. Other project components are also being implemented following the planned schedule.

On June 25, 2024, the Viteccons Safety and Security Department, in collaboration with the Titan Hung Yen project management team, conducted a fire drill at the project site.
