With over 25 years of management experience, his personal brand has been accompanied by various impressive architecture and won the trust of both domestic and international investors. He was such a pioneering, decisive, conscientious, and determined leader. In July 2019, he officially became the General Director of Viteccons and has been in charge of the company development strategy at the time of its 10-year anniversary and the upcoming journey.

His journey with Viteccons has begun from the very first days of establishment, and he has played a significant role in the company's development since. Performing as a decisive and humble manager, he succeeded in training qualified and conscientious human resources.

Before Viteccons, he had many significant contributions to both domestic and international construction groups. His achievements have been well recognized over 20 years of experience and continue to be perceived with Viteccons since.

MR. DANG HOAI NAM
Deputy General Director

With over 20 years of experience in financial management for construction companies, Mr. Dang Hoai Nam has held numerous important positions in leading construction companies in Vietnam, including being a Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of Unicons, Head of Coteccons Finance Department, and Member of Coteccons Supervisory Board.

As the Deputy General Director at Viteccons, he brings extensive practical experience and is constantly researching and improving the management of the construction company. He is currently one of the key personnel contributing to the development of Viteccons.
