MR. DO NGOC TUAN
Founder - Chairman of the Board

As the Founder and leader of Viteccons since 2009, Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has held many key leadership positions at major construction companies. With strategic thinking, decisive leadership, and a long-term vision, he laid the foundation and shaped the corporate culture of Viteccons from its earliest days.

His personal credibility, integrity, and strong governance capabilities are the core values that have enabled him to build an effective management system, while attracting and developing a team of experienced, capable, and committed senior leaders—forming a solid foundation for the sustainable growth of Viteccons.

MR. PHAN HUY VINH
Member of the Board of Director - General Director

Mr. Phan Huy Vinh is a leader with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, having held many key positions at Vietnam’s leading corporations, including Vice President of Coteccons, Member of the Board of Directors of Ricons, Chief Executive Officer of Phu Hung Gia (the predecessor of Ricons), and Project Director at Coteccons.

His personal brand is closely associated with numerous large-scale, high-quality projects and is trusted by a wide range of domestic and international investors. With a pioneering, decisive, and dedicated leadership style, in his role as Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, he has been and continues to build a comprehensive development strategy for Viteccons, while formulating a roadmap for sustainable growth in the next phase.

MR. PHAM NGOC THACH
Member of the Board Director

As one of the co-founders of Viteccons, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach has been closely involved with and has made significant contributions to the Company’s formation and development. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, he has held managerial positions at many major construction groups both domestically and internationally.

A strong, decisive manager with extensive hands-on experience, he is not only directly involved in day-to-day operations but also places strong emphasis on training and developing a dedicated, high-quality workforce. Currently, he serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of Viteccons.

MR. DANG HOAI NAM
Member of the Board of Director

With more than 25 years of experience in financial management within the construction industry, Mr. Dang Hoai Nam has held many key positions at Vietnam’s leading construction corporations, including Member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Unicons, Head of Finance at Coteccons, and Member of the Supervisory Board of Coteccons.

In his role as a Member of the Board of Directors of Viteccons, leveraging his deep understanding of the market, extensive hands-on experience, and decisive working style, he is one of the key executives, playing an important role in the Company’s financial governance and sustainable development.

MRS. TRINH NGOC ANH
Member of the Board of Director

Mrs. Trinh Ngoc Anh has nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting and has served as Chief Accountant of Viteccons for many years. With a strong professional foundation, rigorous management mindset, and deep understanding of corporate operations, she has made significant contributions to the Company’s financial management and control.

Currently, she holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director, playing an important role in ensuring financial efficiency, governance transparency, and supporting Viteccons’ long-term development strategy.
