The Nam Tai Thai Binh project on a 42-hectare land in Thai Binh Economic Zone is a 5-star standard factory investment project with green energy and environmentally friendly infrastructure designed to accommodate the most advanced and modern technology investors for sustainable development goals. In this project, Viteccons undertakes the role of General Contractor for Phase 2 construction of 6 workshops covering a total construction area of 7.6 hectares. Commencing in June 2023, the project is currently in its final stages of handover.

The Good Way Vietnam factory is a high-tech project specializing in the manufacturing of peripherals and computers at the Lien Ha Thai Industrial Zone with a total investment capital of nearly 1,100 billion VND. In recent days, the general contractor Viteccons has concentrated machinery and manpower to deploy construction with the spirit of "overcoming rain, conquering sun, striving to meet the schedule."

On April 10th, the BW Bau Bang BB06 project was awarded a 1 million safe working hours certification by the developer BW Industrial (USA). This milestone reflects the efforts of the general contractor, Viteccons, in ensuring a safe and conducive working environment for laborers.

On the morning of November 14, 2023, TOA Vietnam organized the inauguration ceremony for the TOA Binh Duong Distribution Center. The project was entrusted to Viteccons as the main contractor for design and construction.

On March 21, 2024, Viteccons, in collaboration with the Investor Frasers Property Vietnam (Thailand), organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the 'Industrial Centre Yên Mỹ' project. The event was attended by nearly 200 guests, including Industrial Park management boards, investors, consultants, Viteccons as the main contractor, and various subcontractors and suppliers.
