During the rainy days of October, as rising tides swept through Can Tho and many construction sites were forced to slow down, Stella 360 - the premium apartment project where Viteccons serves as the Main Contractor - continued to maintain a stable construction rhythm. Despite unfavorable weather conditions, the Viteccons team successfully completed the concrete casting of the Level 4 transfer beam, marking a major milestone in the structural construction phase.
On October 15, 2025, at Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park (Tay Ninh Province), Viteccons, as the Main Contractor, collaborated with Win Lock 2B, the Project Owner, and ICIC, the Supervision Consultant, to organize the “1.5 Million Safe Working Hours Achievement Recognition Ceremony” for the Win Lock 2B Industrial Development Project.
Developer Prodezi Long An signed an agreement with contractor Viteccons on September 27 to build over 400 social housing apartments within the 100-hectare LA Home urban area, located at the western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City.
