The BW Bau Bang industrial development project, package BB06.1, entrusted to Viteccons as the general contractor, comprises 8 workshops (C1-C8), electrical and mechanical systems, power stations, and supporting items. Commenced in September 2023, the project is currently in progress with the installation of roof and wall cladding, completion of base slabs, foundation slabs, retaining walls, and fire protection and firefighting system installation.
The project 'Gesin Vietnam Furniture and Mattress Manufacturing Factory' located in VSIP Industrial Park, Tinh Phong Commune, Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province, is undertaken by Viteccons as the main contractor. Commenced in August 2023, the project is currently undergoing the construction of floors 3 and 4. Expected completion and handover are scheduled for July 2024.
The office project of Mitek Vietnam Co., Ltd. is one of the important projects of Mitek Vietnam Co., Ltd., located in Tan Thuan Industrial Park, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. As the main contractor for the project, Viteccons is currently completing the interior, installing the electrical and mechanical systems, and is scheduled to hand over the project in December 2023.
