Viteccons continues to reinforce its market presence by winning the construction package for the CC1 – LA Home Apartment Project, a key social housing development in Tay Ninh Province in 2025. This milestone not only highlights Viteccons’ outstanding capabilities in industrial, infrastructure, and educational sectors but also affirms its growing strength in the residential segment – one of the most promising markets in the coming years.
Amidst the typical industrial landscape of concrete blocks and factories, the A1A 2 Office stands out as a modern and sustainable “green landmark.” Achieving LEED Silver certification, the project was delivered by Viteccons as the Design & Build General Contractor.

Recently, Viteccons proudly announced its fourth collaboration with BW Industrial Development, being entrusted once again as General Contractor for the Phuc Dien Industrial Expansion Project – Lot A1 in Cam Giang, Hai Phong.
