On 16 September 2026, Viteccons took part in the groundbreaking ceremony of the Multilevel Hai Phong School Project of SH Vietnam, held at the VSIP Hai Phong Township, Industrial and Service Park in Thuy Nguyen Ward, Hai Phong City. As the General Contractor, Viteccons is responsible for the full scope of works — from structure, finishes and MEP to infrastructure and landscape.
In Ha Long City, Sora Bay is taking on a new appearance as the scaffolding is progressively dismantled. As Main Contractor for 130 shophouse units, Viteccons is carrying out finishing works across the project, inside and out.
Following its successful contribution to the Learning Block, Viteccons has once again been selected by Van Hien University to undertake the basement construction package for the Complex VHU30 Project, marking the second project between the two parties within the same university campus.
On August 12, 2026, Viteccons officially commenced construction of the basement works for The Stella 69 Project, located at 69 Vo Van Kiet Street, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This marks the fourth project that Viteccons has undertaken in partnership with KITA Group, and the third project under the Stella brand, further demonstrating the Client's trust in Viteccons' construction capabilities and experience.
On the morning of August 11, 2026, the Stella Icon Apartment Topping-Out Ceremony was held at KITA Airport City Urban Area, Can Tho City, marking the completion of the project's main structural works and its official transition into the finishing stage. The milestone further demonstrates Viteccons' construction capabilities, sense of responsibility, and commitment to schedule in its role as the General Contractor.
