On the morning of April 3, 2026, Viteccons and the Developer, Indochina Kajima, officially celebrated the topping-out ceremony of Wink Hanoi Westlake Hotel at No.18 Thuy Khue Street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi. The completion of the main structural works not only marks the project’s transition into the finishing phase, but also reaffirms Viteccons’ capability in meeting the most demanding international standards.
The event was attended by representatives from BW Industrial Development (the Investor), Bureau Veritas (the Supervision Consultant), the Viteccons Site Management Team, and the entire workforce at the project site.
In the final days of March, construction activities at the CC1 Apartment Building – LA Home Project (Tay Ninh Province, formerly part of Long An Province) continued steadily, maintaining a stable working rhythm across the entire site. Each working day begins with familiar preparation procedures, as construction teams gather, attend safety briefings, and review safety requirements before starting their shifts.
The Singapore International School project in Binh Duong New City has officially completed its final works and is now ready for operation. Overcoming technical and schedule challenges, the project stands as a testament to the seamless combination of management expertise and construction craftsmanship from the Viteccons team.
Phu Tai Central Life Apartment – a project with Viteccons Construction JSC as the General Contractor – has been officially handed over following an intensive finishing phase. Despite the impacts of recent storms, the project team swiftly restored the site, ensuring progress, quality, and safety as committed.
Amid the industrial park landscape filled with concrete structures and long stretches of factory buildings, the A1A 2 Office stands out as a distinctive “green highlight” - where sustainable design solutions and synchronized construction capabilities are brought together in a project targeting LEED Silver certification.
