From above, the shape of Vega City Nha Trang is becoming clearer with every work package. On site, activities run in a coordinated sequence, from reinforced concrete structure and beam-and-slab works to embedded MEP conduits and masonry, steadily turning design drawings into built form.
Located at Bai Tien, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, Vega City is planned as a premium seaside resort and urban destination. On this project, Viteccons is the construction contractor for 60 villas in the Villa 3A & 3B clusters, contributing distinctive buildings to the overall development.
In the Villa 3A cluster, several villas are underway with third-floor beams and slabs and the roof structure, while others have moved on to masonry works. Each package follows a set sequence, keeping structural, architectural and technical works coordinated.
Meanwhile, in the Villa 3B cluster, crews are installing embedded MEP conduits below the ground floor and compacting the subgrade with density testing, preparing for the next concrete pours.
Running several work packages at once demands tight construction planning, close coordination between teams and rigorous quality control. This is one of the key factors that keeps the site on schedule and ensures continuity between construction phases.
Every day on the Vega City site is another step toward delivering the project. From the first structural elements to each storey taking shape, the villas are becoming more defined, giving the Bai Tien area a new look.
Drawing on its experience in managing and delivering large-scale construction projects, Viteccons focuses on well-planned construction, coordinated work packages and quality control at every stage, with the goal of completing the works to the required standards of quality, schedule and safety.
Each structural element rising on site marks more than progress. It reflects the journey of turning drawings into reality, bringing Vega City step by step closer to becoming a new living destination in Nha Trang.
