Proposing strategies to the Board of Directors for approaching, finding new job sources, establishing and developing relationships with investors and supervision consultants for assigned projects, and creating a flexible and effective plan for internal and external activities.
Approving layout plans, effectively dividing workloads for supervisors, construction partners, and subcontractors at assigned works.
Overseeing and administering activities on assigned projects.
Proposing to the Board of Directors the direction for selection, introduction, and screening of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for each assigned project.
Participating in project risk analysis and proactively proposing solutions for handling and prevention.
Taking responsibility for and reporting to the Board of Directors on the quality of work and construction progress of assigned projects.
Working with investors, supervision consultants, construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to solve problems arising during the construction of assigned projects when the Project Manager is unable to resolve them.
Urging the Safety Committee and Steering Committee to conduct occupational safety risk analysis for activities on construction sites to ensure safety, security, and environmental sanitation.
Selecting proposals to develop successor staff.
Managing the finances of the site.
Reporting on performance evaluations of the construction site.
Completing other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Graduated from University with a major in Civil and Industrial Construction
At least 07 years or more in the construction industry and have worked as supervisor, commanders, design leaders, ...
Knowledge of legislation related to the construction sector;
Have good health, withstand work pressure;
Ability to manage well the resources of the project including:
Finance, human resources, materials and equipment, ...
Communicate confidently with colleagues and customers.
