INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERVISOR

Job description

  • Accurately implement drawings, technical standards, and construction methods for infrastructure projects (including foundation, transportation, drainage, etc.) for both civil and industrial projects.
  • Directly oversee the execution of construction tasks, supervise construction teams/crews.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and calculate confirmed construction quantities.

Experience / Skills

  • Graduated from a university majoring in Construction or Infrastructure.
  • At least 2 years of experience for university graduates or 3 years of experience for college graduates in an equivalent position.
  • Male candidates aged between 24 - 32. Candidates with good health who have worked on industrial infrastructure projects, foundation works, transportation, drainage, etc., are preferred.
  • Dynamic, flexible, collaborative with colleagues, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in specialized computer software such as CAD, Project, Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Able to handle work pressure and ready for business trips as required by the company.
  • Candidates with English communication abilities are preferred.
  • Recently graduated from universities like Polytechnic University, Technical Pedagogical University, University of Transport and Communications, Architecture University, or Construction University (with good English communication skills) will be trained to a higher degree level.
