Job description

• Execute and oversee design with the Design Consultancy unit.
• Collaborate with the design departments (Architecture, Structure, Infrastructure, etc.) for design-related tasks.
• Work with government agencies to facilitate the design process.
• Collaborate with the Tender department to address price-related issues.
• Discuss and propose cost-effective design solutions for projects.
• Coordinate with the construction site to resolve design-related issues during the construction process.
• Propose improvements to enhance the quality of design documents, save time, and reduce costs.
• Recommend additional personnel to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Carry out and report on tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
• Fulfill other tasks as required and directed by the Department Head.

Experience / Skills

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Possess in-depth expertise in architectural and construction disciplines, including current standards and regulations in design and construction.
• Proficient in using specialized software.
• Diligent, attentive, and responsible in executing tasks promptly.
