On 15th October 2011, the main contractor Coteccons and the investor contractor Viet Hung Investment and Urban Development Jsc., (Vihajico) held topping-out ceremony of Tower 4 - Rung Co Condominiums - Eco Park. The ceremony marks a milestone of the 9-month superstructure work. The superstructure is executed by Viet Technical Construction Corporation (VITECCONS).
In the morning of April 18th, 2011, Phu Hung Gia Construction & Investment Joint Stock Company (PHG) and investor - Nguyen Lam Investment Joint Stock company commenced ceremony of Nguyen Lam Office Building project at 133 Duong Ba Trac street, ward 1, district 8, HCMCity. The superstructure will be done by Viet Technical Construction Corporation (VITECCONS).
