On September, 29th 2017, Viteccons held groundbreaking ceremony of Little Village project at Pham Van Dong Boulevard, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is being developed by Mekong Greenergy Co., Ltd. together PVInvest as the project development.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Anh Vu – Deputy General Director of PVInvest said:” Little Village is built by PVInvest team based on the neoclassical architecture of Europe which is very luxurious and delicate, make satisfy the most difficult customers. This is the first project high-end villa segment that PVInvest develops so we hope to receive much interest from our customers. Together with Viteccons, we promise to bring the best quality products and the time to complete the project as scheduled”.

Little Village project is located at the location in the golden point connected Pham Van Dong Boulevard – the most beautiful inner city of Ho Chi Minh City. It has connected with the main road. According contract, Viteccons is General Contractor for structure, complete and ME system of the project. Viteccons will be complete and handed over to Investors in first month of 2018.
