On February 18th 2016, Viteccons construction investment JSC& Viet Duong Import Export Trading Co.,Ltdhas signed the contract for the construction project of Boton Hotel Nha Trang. Accordingly, Viteccons is the main contractor of the project with a total cost nearly 65 billion. This project will be started working on May 3/2016.

On 12/12/2015, Viteccons continued to receive notifications of winning construction bid packages "Building The Oasis – professionals’ village townhouses - Phase V" from the investor North Saigon International JSC (SNI) after Viteccons has just completed construction bid package of 34 villas in Phase IV of the project.
With traditional sustainable cooperation between Viteccons and Coteccons from previous projects such as project Viglacera Thang Long numberone - Hanoi, ECOPACK - Hung Yen, Nha Trang Plaza ..., Viteccons continued to participate in 2 major projects as subcontractor for Coteccons (Worldon plant Project phase 2 and Mall & hotel Vincom Tho).
