Viteccons Began Construction Of Two New Projects In The Spring 2017

In the morning ofFebruary 15th, 2017, Viteccons and Pan Food Manufacturing JSC successfully held a ground-breaking ceremony for PAN FOOD FACTORY project at Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park, Ben Luc District,Long An Province.

According to the contract, Viteccons will carry out the construction phase I of the project of30.000m2, including thestructure and the completion of the main factory, the storehouse for finished products, the storehouse for raw materials, offices, a car park, the facilitiesand others. As planned, Viteccons will complete this contract package after 6 months of construction.

Also in February 2017, Viteccons has beendeploying Phu Gia Compound Da Nang Project with Novaland investor. The project includes10 shophouses and 127 townhouses, with European luxurious style in every detail, and with high class facilities which will bring a new life style to Da Nang people, ranking among the most luxuriousareas in Ha Noiand inHo Chi Minh City.
