On June 16, 2017, Viteccons officially received the newsfor the construction of the next phase of the Lakeview City project (An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City). the leading real estate group – Novaland has continued to trust Viteccons and assigned the construction of the next phase of the project including 30 townhouses belong to CL 1.2.
On the morning of june 15,2017, Viteccons have successfully completed the roofing of Boton hotel at 4 Duong Hien Quyen, Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province. Attending the roofing event was the presence of the Owner - Viet Duong Trading Import Export Company Limited, Viteccons contractor and its partners.
In the morning ofFebruary 15th, 2017, Viteccons and Pan Food Manufacturing JSC successfully held a ground-breaking ceremony for PAN FOOD FACTORY project at Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park, Ben Luc District,Long An Province.
After nearly a month to begin the construction of Lakeview City project of Novaland, on December 7, 2016, Viteccons continued to win another project from Novaland investor – Phu Gia Compound project in Da Nang.
