On the morning of 06/23/2020, VITECCONS ceremonially celebrated the topping out of The Graces project located in Southern Ho Chi Minh City New Urban Area, Tan Phu ward, District 7, HCMC. This project was invested by Beautiful Sai Gon Beautiful Saigon Joint Venture Co., Ltd.

VITECCONS as the role of general contractor were in charge of structural, finishing construction, and M&E system installation with the scale of 02 basements and one 16-storey tower. Starting from December 2019, after nearly 07 months of construction, VITECCONS have accomplished all structural items of the project, which exceeded our committed total schedule to Investor. This is not only acknowledged as the significant effort of supervisor team and labor force who have been working day and night on site, but also affirm our prestige and professional construction ability.
