After receiving the award of acceptance and commenced IDEA project in D9, HCMC, Viteccons continued to win the bid of Aqua City project - Dong Nai, whose Investor is Novaland Group.

As the General contractor, VITECCONS will execute Phase 1 of the project, including structural construction, finishing, and M&E installation for 41 separate villas, duplex villas, and shophouses. The estimated total schedule is 5 months.

Project Overview

Aqua City project is located on Road 51 Vanh Dai, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, which belongs to Long Hung commune, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai that connects to the eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City and Southern provinces.
Inspired by the cultural characteristics of the Southern river delta, the project is reputed not only by its regional beauty combined with modern architecture but also for its internal convenience store chain. Therefore, Aqua City would become a promising and worth-living urban area for its citizens.
