On the morning of December 26, 2024, Viteccons, the General Contractor, in collaboration with the Investor, organized the topping-out ceremony for the Phu Tai Central Life Luxury Apartment Project at Hoang Van Thu Street, Quang Trung Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. The project commenced in April 2023 and is expected to be handed over in Q4 of 2025.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan – Chairman of Viteccons, the Project Management Team, along with representatives of the Investor and Supervision Consultant.

Phu Tai Central Life is developed by Phu Tai Real Estate One Member Company Limited, one of the leading real estate developers in Binh Dinh.
