The Win Lock 2B Industrial Development Project is the third project where BW Industrial has selected Viteccons as the general contractor, covering a construction area of over 120,000 m². The project commenced in September 2024 and is expected to be completed and handed over in December 2025. Both parties share the goal of "greening the process, optimizing resources, while reducing waste and carbon footprints," which is why a traditional groundbreaking ceremony will not be held for this project.

Win Lock 2B is a two-story factory building with an almost 9-meter high ceiling, a floor load capacity of up to 2 tons/m², and a flat floor standard of FF25 FL20.

Due to the complexity of scale and technology, the project requires the involvement of a large, reputable, and capable contractor. BW Industrial's selection of Viteccons as the general contractor further affirms the company's capabilities and reputation in implementing large-scale projects with high technical, quality, and schedule requirements.
