On the morning of August 20, 2024, Viteccons, the general contractor, in collaboration with the investor Indochina Kajima Development (a joint venture between Indochina Capital and Kajima Corporation), held the topping-out ceremony for the Wink Hotel Hai Phong. The ceremony took place at 135 Dien Bien Phu Street, Minh Khai Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City. The hotel is expected to open in the second quarter of 2025. Among the seven Wink Hotels that are currently being developed, Viteccons is honored to serve as the general contractor for three projects located in Hai Phong, Hanoi, and Can Tho.

Wink Hotel Hai Phong, located in the city center, will feature 203 hotel rooms and 77 serviced apartments within a 22-story architectural tower. The project spans a total construction area of approximately 16,000 square meters, adhering to modern design standards and embodying the sustainable development goals of the Wink brand.

Once operational, the Wink Hotel Hai Phong will offer tourists and business travelers a contemporary experience in every detail—from an open-concept lobby to minimalist, tech-integrated guest rooms, co-working spaces with comprehensive amenities, and a taste of local cuisine along with diverse cultural activities.

Speaking at the topping-out ceremony, Mr. Peter Ryder, Executive Chairman of Indochina Capital, stated: “With a long-term vision and strong commitment to investing in Vietnam’s tourism and hospitality market, Indochina Kajima plans to develop and operate 20 hotels within the next five to seven years. As of August 2024, Indochina Kajima has opened five hotels, including Wink Central Saigon, Wink Central Danang, Wink Danang Riverside, Wink Central Can Tho, and Wink Tuy Hoa.” Additionally, two more hotels are currently under construction: Wink Central Hai Phong and Wink Tay Ho, Hanoi.
