Mr. Phan Huy Vinh is a leader with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, having held many key positions at Vietnam’s leading corporations, including Vice President of Coteccons, Member of the Board of Directors of Ricons, Chief Executive Officer of Phu Hung Gia (the predecessor of Ricons), and Project Director at Coteccons.

His personal brand is closely associated with numerous large-scale, high-quality projects and is trusted by a wide range of domestic and international investors. With a pioneering, decisive, and dedicated leadership style, in his role as Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, he has been and continues to build a comprehensive development strategy for Viteccons, while formulating a roadmap for sustainable growth in the next phase.

MR. VO NGOC PHONG
Chief Operating Officer

With 15 years of close involvement and dedication to Viteccons, supported by strong professional expertise, a high sense of responsibility, and long-term commitment, Mr. Vo Ngoc Phong has earned the trust of the Board of Management and has been appointed to many key positions throughout his career. Based on his extensive hands-on experience and comprehensive executive capabilities, he currently serves as Permanent Executive Director, making significant contributions to organizational management, operational execution, and the overall performance improvement of Viteccons.

Having accompanied Viteccons since its early days of establishment, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach has shown long-standing commitment and made significant contributions to the Company’s development. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and having held managerial positions at many major construction groups both domestically and internationally, he has been entrusted by the Board of Management with the appointment as Executive Director in charge of the MEP Division of Viteccons.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Doan Thanh Nhan has held many key managerial positions at reputable construction companies and has made significant contributions to improving management efficiency and ensuring project progress, quality, and safety at Viteccons. Based on his proven capabilities and professional track record, he has been entrusted by the Board of Management with the position of Executive Director in charge of the Construction Division of Viteccons.

MR. DO TRONG TUAN

Having been closely associated with and accompanying Viteccons since its early years of establishment, Mr. Do Trong Tuan has progressed through professional and managerial development, continuously proving his capabilities. He is currently entrusted by the Board of Management with the position of Executive Director in charge of the Engineering & Bidding Division, playing an important role in technical direction, bidding management, and enhancing Viteccons’ competitive capabilities.

With nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, along with many years serving as Chief Accountant of Viteccons, Ms. Trinh Ngoc Anh has played an important role in the Company’s financial management. With strong professional expertise, a rigorous management mindset, and a deep understanding of corporate operations, she has been entrusted by the Board of Management with the position of Executive Director, contributing to enhanced financial governance efficiency and ensuring the stable and transparent operation of Viteccons.

With more than 12 years of experience, having worked and held professional positions at many leading construction companies, Mr. Huynh Nghia Hiep has a deep understanding of project financial management, cost control, and corporate accounting systems. In his role as Chief Accountant, he plays a key role in financial management, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of Viteccons.
