MR. VO NGOC PHONG
Head of the Supervisory Board

With more than 15 years of close involvement and long-term association with Viteccons, Mr. Vo Ngoc Phong possesses extensive hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the Company’s production and business operations as well as its governance system.

Based on his professional expertise and comprehensive management experience, he currently serves as Head of the Supervisory Board, responsible for organizing and overseeing the Board’s activities; monitoring compliance with laws, the Company’s Charter, and resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors; and contributing to enhanced transparency, effectiveness, and risk control in Viteccons’ corporate governance.

MR. DO TRONG TUAN
Member of the Supervisory Board

As a member of the team who has been closely associated with Viteccons since its early days, Mr. Do Trong Tuan has accumulated extensive hands-on experience in construction as well as in corporate management and operations. His long tenure has enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Company’s organizational structure, production and business activities, and potential risk factors.

Currently, in his role as a Member of the Supervisory Board, he participates in overseeing financial, investment, bidding, and internal management activities, while also contributing professional insights to ensure regulatory compliance, improve resource utilization efficiency, and enhance Viteccons’ competitiveness.

MR. MAI HUY SANG
Member of the Supervirory Board

Mr. Mai Huy Sang is a management professional with a strong professional background, having held managerial positions at many reputable construction companies. With deep expertise in corporate legal matters, system governance, and construction operations, he has extensive experience in control and risk management.

In his role as a Member of the Supervisory Board, he is involved in overseeing compliance with laws, internal regulations, and corporate governance standards, while also acting as an advisor in improving the control framework to ensure transparency, efficiency, and sustainability in Viteccons’ governance operations.
