Mrs. Phan Thi Hong Phuc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and corporate governance. She has held many key positions, including Head of Finance & Accounting Department, Chief Accountant, Deputy Director, and Member of the Board of Directors at companies in the construction and building materials industries.

With a strong professional background, extensive experience in internal control, and a deep understanding of business operations, she has recently been appointed as Head of the Supervisory Board. In this role, she plays an important part in overseeing and ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency in corporate governance, thereby contributing to strengthening the foundation for the sustainable development of Viteccons.

With nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, along with many years serving as Chief Accountant at Viteccons, Ms. Trinh Ngoc Anh has played an important role in the Company’s financial management. With strong professional expertise, a rigorous management mindset, and a deep understanding of business operations, in her role as a Member of the Supervisory Board, she contributes to strengthening supervision and ensuring transparency and efficiency in the financial and governance activities of Viteccons.

MR. MAI HUY SANG
Member of the Supervirory Board

Mr. Mai Huy Sang is a management professional with a strong professional background, having held managerial positions at many reputable construction companies. With deep expertise in corporate legal matters, system governance, and construction operations, he has extensive experience in control and risk management.

In his role as a Member of the Supervisory Board, he is involved in overseeing compliance with laws, internal regulations, and corporate governance standards, while also acting as an advisor in improving the control framework to ensure transparency, efficiency, and sustainability in Viteccons’ governance operations.
