TK P&S VINA factory was built on the total area of over 32,000 sqm in Loc An Industrial Park - Binh Son, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province. According to the contract, Viteccons are in charge of the structural construction and its schedule of 115 days calendar including the construction of the main factory, warehouse, auxiliary houses, office buildings, canteen houses, and other items.

Practically, the main factory and its auxiliary items were accomplished by Viteccons within 50 days. This could be acknowledged as our new record that Viteccons have exceeded other leading contractors and met the pickiest requirements from our Korean investors.
