The project "Residential area (Phase I) - Palm Marina is implemented in the model of a closed compound area, including the main products of villas, townhouses and apartments with a total land area of the whole project: 90,772.00 m2 of which:

– Land area for low-rise houses (villa and townhouses): 35,084.74 m2

– Land area of the sports area: 1,296.66 m2

In the role of Main Contractor, Viteccons implemented the construction of 92 apartments and sports area, expected time to hand over to the investor 12 months.
