Developer Prodezi Long An signed an agreement with contractor Viteccons on September 27 to build over 400 social housing apartments within the 100-hectare LA Home urban area, located at the western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City.

The signing ceremony marks a significant milestone in completing the LA Home social housing complex, consisting of two 8-story blocks with more than 400 apartments.

This complex is a component project of the overall LA Home ecological urban area (Luong Hoa commune, Long An), developed by Prodezi.
Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan, Chairman of Viteccons, stated that the company will be in charge of the entire construction scope, including infrastructure, landscaping, structure, MEP, fire protection, and interior finishing.

Once completed, the project will meet the housing needs of the local workforce, especially as the 400-hectare Prodezi Industrial Park directly opposite is preparing to commence operations.
