The CC1 – LA Home development consists of two 9-storey residential blocks, with a total gross floor area of over 29,300 m², providing 400 modern and well-equipped apartments. Developed by Prodezi Long An Joint Stock Company, the project is executed by Viteccons as the Design & Build General Contractor, covering all scopes from infrastructure, landscaping, structural works, finishing, MEP–fire protection systems to interior fit-out.
