To update current legal regulations on occupational safety and health (OSH), while strengthening professional capability and the effectiveness of safety implementation across projects, Viteccons partnered with PFL Education Joint Stock Company (PFL Education) on 13 October 2026 to hold an occupational safety and health training program.
The program was led by Mr. Nguyen Hoang Vu, OSH legal consultant and trainer, with more than 30 participants attending in a hybrid format, in person and online. Participants included managers, supervisors and safety officers, secretaries and storekeepers, belonging to the training groups specified in Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP and Decree No. 108/2018/ND-CP.
The program aimed to reinforce the awareness, knowledge and practical skills of relevant departments and site management teams, focusing on practical topics in construction delivery:
Through the program, participants reinforced their capability to proactively prevent occupational accidents and control hazardous and harmful factors, while improving coordination between departments during construction.
Equipping each group with suitable knowledge and skills also helps safety work to be carried out consistently, proactively and in line with actual site conditions, building a safe working environment and protecting workers' health.
For Viteccons, safety goes beyond regulatory compliance; it is an integral part of organizing and managing construction on every project.
Regularly updating knowledge, strengthening professional capability and improving risk identification and control enable each individual to work more proactively, while reinforcing each department's responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment.
The OSH training program is one of the practical activities contributing to a stronger safety culture and a proactive prevention mindset across Viteccons, toward the goal:
