Located at the intersection of Hoang Van Thu and Ly Thai To (Quy Nhon City), Phu Tai Central Life features 2 basements and 25 floors, with a total floor area exceeding 37,500 m². Once weather conditions stabilized, finishing works were deployed simultaneously, focusing on paint defect rectification, final cleaning, inspection, and floor-by-floor handover. During this "sprint" stage, the pressure came not only from the timeline but also from the rigorous quality and safety control requirements post-storm.

The Site Management Board conducted a comprehensive review of the site, redistributed manpower and tasks to ensure a continuous inspection schedule while maintaining strict oversight of every construction area. Following the completion of finishing works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) system testing, and final detailing, Phu Tai Central Life has met all conditions for handover.

In parallel, the Viteccons team continues to refine the final touches, ensuring that every apartment delivered to residents meets high standards of quality, safety, and functionality. The handover of Phu Tai Central Life marks a significant milestone in Viteccons' journey of creating high-quality landmarks in Central Vietnam, affirming the resilience and responsibility of the entire staff, engineers, and workers on site.
