Great news for Viteccons! In the past few days, the company has won bids for two new projects. One is the Radial tire factory project, contract number 3, invested by Sailun Vietnam Co., Ltd. The other project is the Refico D4 Flex Office Campus, invested by Tinh Nhue Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
The Radian-Sailun tire factory project is situated in Tay Ninh province's Go Dau district, specifically in the Phuoc Dong Industrial Park. Viteccons will serve as the general contractor and will undertake package 3, which includes the construction of the building's structural components, finishing, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The project entails constructing a three-story rubber factory with a total floor area of over 25,000 square meters and a 2,550 square meter glue storage facility. Viteccons aims to complete the construction components within seven months. The Investor had previously entrusted Viteccons with executing the first two packages of the project, which included the tunnel and structure.
It is worth noting that Viteccons was selected by the investor of Sailun (Vietnam) Co., Ltd for the Radial - Sailun tire factory project not only because of its careful planning and preparation, but also due to its highly skilled human resources, modern equipment, and effective technical solutions.
The factory, covering an area of 59 hectares, will specialize in producing semi-steel radial tires for passenger cars and trucks (PCR), special tires for construction vehicles (OTR), as well as conducting research and manufacturing rubber products. Viteccons is committed to completing the project within the agreed-upon timeframe and to the highest quality standards, ensuring that it meets the investor's expectations.
