As part of the university collaboration activities, Viteccons has recently received construction interns from universities that have signed the MOU cooperation agreement in 2022, including the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - Hutech and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education.

The students were warmly welcomed and had the opportunity to visit the headquarters of Viteccons. Here, representatives from the HR Department met with them, discussing the internship program and sharing valuable insights about transitioning from the academic environment to the practical experience at a construction site.

An important component before each internship is a specialized training session on "Labor Safety" conducted by Mr. Pham Van Chau - Senior Specialist in Safety & Security Department. Through this training program, Viteccons aims to equip students with the necessary knowledge of occupational safety and risk prevention measures in the workplace. Upon completion of the training session, Viteccons also presented small gifts to the interns before they officially began their internships on the company's projects.

The internship program signifies an essential milestone in the collaboration between Viteccons and universities. The interns' time at Viteccons is hoped to help them develop skills, gain a deeper understanding of the construction industry, and create opportunities for self-expression and future career advancement.
