Continuing the series of training programs for middle management, on September 28, 2024, Viteccons organized a specialized training session titled: "Problem-Solving Skills."

The course was specifically designed for project managers and construction engineers, enabling Viteccons' management team to approach complex issues in construction projects—from problem identification to evaluation and improvement.

Instructor Tran Hoang Hiep, a seasoned consultant and senior trainer in management capability development, introduced the IDEAL model—a golden tool that helps participants effectively analyze, define problems, and discover breakthrough solutions.

The training session also featured engaging interactive activities, where participants not only learned theoretical concepts but also gained hands-on experience through simulated scenarios drawn from their daily work.

Through the training program, Viteccons managers gained the ability to identify and analyze the root causes of issues, enabling them to develop action plans, evaluate solutions, and implement continuous improvements. Enhancing problem-solving skills in a structured and efficient manner not only ensures project completion on schedule but also improves construction quality, optimizes resources, and minimizes potential risks.
