On the morning of January 12, 2023, General Contractor Viteccons and Nam Khang Construction Co., Ltd cooperated with the Employer- Dong Nai Waterfront City Co., Ltd, a member company of Nam Long Group to organize successfully the topping-out ceremony of "Dong Nai Waterfront - Izumi City" project.

“Dong Nai Waterfront – Izumi City” located in Long Hung commune, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province, is a project that is highly appreciated in terms of architecture and construction implementation according to modern international standards.

As the General Contractor of VALORA Commercial Townhouse, Viteccons has started construction of the project since August 2022, a time when the construction industry faced many challenges. However, with the trust and companionship of the Employer, along with the determination of the Construction Committee, the "Dong Nai Waterfront - Izumi City" project has topped out on schedule, achieving more than 300,000 safe working hours.
