On 05th January 2013, beating the competition from several other trusted contractors during the tender process, Viteccons officially received the Letter of Acceptance for the project Bau Cat Building invested by Khai Tien Real Company. Viteccons, is accordingly the Main Contractor for construction of “Foundation, Basement, Superstructure, Finishing & M&E Works” with VND 20,0 billions including VAT.

Located in Bau Cat Street, Ward 14, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh, Bau Cat comprises of 1 basements with 8 stories built on a construction area of 2.200 m2. Bau Cat Building is designed by Namhouse. Viteccons is scheduled to finish construction in 8 months and Viteccons commits to hand over the project on time with high quality to build up trust by the Client for further cooperation between Viteccons and Khai Tien Real in the future.
