Due to the ongoing and complex nature of the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been a surge in demand for epidemic prevention equipment, particularly personal protective medical supplies such as gloves. To address this urgent need, the S&S glove factory project, a joint investment between S&S Glove Joint Stock Company and Viteccons as the General Contractor, was launched in early September 2021.

The S&S glove factory project is situated in Dat Do I Industrial Park, Phuoc Long Tho Commune, Dat Do District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, covering an area of 16.4ha and a total construction area of 96,000m2. As the general contractor, Viteccons will oversee the implementation of phase 1, which includes the construction of reinforced concrete structure, finishing, infrastructure, and M&E. Viteccons aims to complete these construction tasks within 6 months.

Despite the challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, Viteccons' Board of Directors has identified the S&S glove factory project as a key focus for the company in 2021.
