The Nam Tai Thai Binh project on a 42-hectare land in Thai Binh Economic Zone is a 5-star standard factory investment project with green energy and environmentally friendly infrastructure designed to accommodate the most advanced and modern technology investors for sustainable development goals. In this project, Viteccons undertakes the role of General Contractor for Phase 2 construction of 6 workshops covering a total construction area of 7.6 hectares. 

Commenced in June 2023, the project is now in its final stages of handover with:

👍 Excellent progress (6.5 months ahead of schedule)
👍 Achieving 500,000 safe working hours

Mr. Dang Tien Dung, Project Manager at Viteccons, stated, "Nam Tai is a project with relatively high complexity as it involves a mixed-use industrial facility combining reinforced concrete and steel structure, notably featuring composite floors with concrete beams and deck flooring. Right from the beginning, the Management Board and departments have assessed and provided guidance, as well as implemented the most efficient construction measures to ensure the project reaches completion quickly while maintaining quality."

Mr. Le Quang Vu, Site Manager of Viteccons, shared: "The challenges of the project included construction during the rainy season and the simultaneous construction of all 6 workshops, requiring mobilization of extensive manpower and equipment. However, thanks to solidarity and determination among our team, the project was successfully completed with safety ensured and quality meeting 5-star standards, achieving the fastest pace among all contractors involved in the project."
