Viteccons has recently achieved the completion of an ultra-flat floor construction in the TOA project, spanning an area of approximately 11,000 square meters. This project represents a globally standardized warehouse endeavor, utilizing the state-of-the-art DM2 TR34 ultra-flat floor technology, characterized by an exceptional demand for an exceedingly level surface. The primary aim is to ensure the efficient functioning of an automated forklift transportation system in the future, while concurrently ensuring stability and safety for the towering 15-meter high Rack system.

The ultra-flat floor stands as an advanced construction technology, characterized by its exceptional flatness, absence of cracks, and its guarantee of both aesthetic appeal and structural durability. Moreover, it simplifies cleaning and maintenance, leading to cost savings for the project owner.
Following an intensive construction phase of nearly two months, which involved the pouring of ultra-flat concrete and the meticulous application of a fortified Liquid hardener layer, the ultra-smooth floor within the TOA project has been successfully completed on schedule. It attains a remarkable standard of quality, receiving high praise from both the Consultant and the Employer.
This accomplishment reinforces Viteccons' capabilities and expertise within the realm of executing construction projects demanding high technical precision.
Presently, the TOA project is undergoing a rapid finalization phase, with a projected completion of all construction activities for handover set on August 31, 2023.
