On the morning of June 18th, Viteccons collaborated with Madison Land to hold the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Dhawa Hotel by Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram" project in Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

Attending the ceremony on Viteccons' side were: Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Phan Huy Vinh - General Director, Mr. Nguyen Cong Dinh - Deputy General Director, Mr. Lu Nguyen Hai - General Director of Vireeco Refrigeration Mechanical and Electrical Joint Stock Company and the Director of Viteccons M&E Division, Mr. Do Van Cuong - Chief of Office, as well as the Project Manager and the Site Management Board.

On the investor side, there were the presence of: Mr. Vo Trung Chinh - Chairman of Madison Land Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Madison Group, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa - General Director of Madison Group, and Ms. Lam Ngoc Dan Thi - Deputy General Director. Additionally, there were representatives from other units, including the Project Management Board, Consultant - Design, and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade of Vietnam (Branch 4).

In its role as the Contractor, Viteccons is responsible for constructing the raw structure of the hotel block and other ancillary items of the project. Speaking at the ceremony, Viteccons' General Director, Mr. Phan Huy Vinh, expressed that the "Dhawa Hotel of Angsana & Dhawa Ho Tram" project has opened up new opportunities for Viteccons, as well as for close collaboration between the two units, laying a solid foundation for future development.

Moreover, on behalf of the entire company, he pledged to the investors to utilize all available resources and complete the project on schedule, thereby ensuring that "DHAWA HOTEL BY ANGSANA & DHAWA HO Tram" becomes a benchmark project and an ideal tourist destination.
