On the afternoon of November 14th, Viteccons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) and jointly organized a talk show "Career direction and opportunities in the construction industry."

The signing ceremony was attended by Representatives of the University, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thanh Phuong - Deputy Dean, Ms. Ho Duc Sinh - Director of Business Cooperation Center, Dr. Vo Minh Thien - Head of Construction Department, Dr. Luong Toan Hiep - Deputy Head of the Department and Dr. Tran Tuan Nam - Deputy Head of the Department.

On the side of Viteccons Construction Investment JSC, there were Mr. Lu Nguyen Hai - Deputy General Director of the Company, Ms. Tran Thuy Thuc Quyen - Director of Human Resources and Administration and Mr. Hoang Quoc Hoi - Head of the Safety Committee.

At the ceremony, Associate Dean of HUTECH Nguyen Thanh Phuong and Mr. Lu Nguyen Hai, Deputy General Director of Viteccons, signed the cooperation agreement to strengthen the sustainable partnership between the two sides.

Following that, the talk show "Career Opportunities and Directions in the Construction Industry" was held, providing Construction Department students with an overview of the work, as well as the best career opportunities for themselves in the future.

Through the sharing of three speakers, TS. Tran Tuan Nam, Mr. Lu Nguyen Hai, and Mrs. Tran Thuy Thuc Quyen, the students had the opportunity to learn more about the following issues: an overview of the current construction industry and future predictions, the skills needed for a construction engineer, career guidance programs and job search at HUTECH, HUTECH and Viteccons' upcoming collaboration plans, the pressures in the construction industry, and how to overcome them.
