Seeing that the construction team is one of the most important factors contributing to the success of each project, so on April 15, 2017, Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan - General Director of the company – officially signed the decision to set up the “Construction Team Development Department". The department was established for the purpose of representing the company in finding and developing new human resources, building company’s strategic execution teams, stabilizing human resource, ensuring the completion of the company’s general plans.

With the experience of managing and operating many execution teams as Site Manager of many projects, Mr. Vo Ngoc Phong was officially appointed as Manager of the Construction Team Development Department.
