The Dong Nai Waterfront - Izumi City project is a notable architectural icon designed and built according to international standards. With a scale of up to 170 hectares, the project is highly regarded for its distinctive urban planning, incorporating green spaces and applying green technology and energy-saving solutions to create a friendly, modern, and nature-oriented living environment.

The perspective of Dong Nai Waterfront Project - Izumi City

Commencing in mid-August 2022, Viteccons took on the role of the General Contractor responsible for the commercial townhouses package, Valora. Despite economic fluctuations, Viteccons overcame challenges and difficulties to successfully complete the project, meeting safety and quality commitments to the Employer.

Throughout the project implementation, Viteccons strictly adhered to labor safety control processes during construction. The project's management team and partners achieved the goal of 100% safe working hours throughout the implementation period. The attainment of 600,000 safe working hours is the result of dedication and close collaboration from every worker and construction engineer involved in the project.
