In the morning of Oct 14 2019, Viteccons participated in the Grand Opening of Phuong Nam Fireproof Sandwich Panel Factory located in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City. This is their second factory and also the largest one owning the mass production of sound & heat insulation and fireproof materials following European standard. Taking part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony, there are the companions of the representatives of Committee Divisions, the General contractor VITECCONS together with other important partners.

Giving the speech at the ceremony, Mr. Giap Van Thanh – General Director announced: “The implementation of modern factory combinations confirms not only our sustainable reputation but also our vision in order to become an oriented-light materials and high technology manufacturer in the field of domestic construction industry. This shall build such a good premise for Phuong Nam to invest on new technique, push our automatic production line, enhance production environment as well as researches to develop new thermal insulation products”.

In the role of General contractor and designer, Viteccons took responsibility for structural construction, finishing and installing M&E system for the workshop 1,2,3, sewage disposal area, under ground water tanks, inside parking lot, infrastructure among with other utility works. After 4 months of construction, VITECCONS steering committee had perfectly handed-over the project to the Investor, meeting all requirements of safety, quality, progress and high standards of environment following LEED GOLD certificate by the US.

With the success of Phuong Nam Fireproof Sandwich Panel Factory and construction experience in large-scale projects such as Saigon 3 Jean, Asia Bolt Vina, Vinaseed, Jangin…, VITECCONS shall complete more and more sophisticated and extensive buildings with pride in the near future.
