Within the framework of the training session, participants were equipped with fundamental knowledge on planning mindset and scientific methods for organizing work. Beyond theory, the program also incorporated group activities and real-life case studies, helping participants easily apply what they learned to their daily work.

The lecturer, Mr. Tran Hoang Hiep, is a renowned expert in consulting, training, and coaching for management staff of leading organizations and businesses in Vietnam. He holds a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
