The training was held at two locations: on May 24, 2025, at the Ho Chi Minh City Office and on June 07, 2025, at the Hanoi Representative Office.

The content of the specialized topic focused on key skills such as:

- Strict Cost Control: Helping staff grasp methods for monitoring and optimizing expenses, avoiding waste.

- Accurate Financial Forecasting: Providing tools to predict financial situations and make timely decisions.

- Optimizing Project Economic Efficiency: Guiding how each project can not only be completed on schedule and with quality but also yield the highest profits.

The knowledge conveyed was not only theoretical but also illustrated with specific real-world examples from Viteccons' projects. This helped management staff and site QS easily visualize and immediately apply what they learned to their daily work, enhancing their financial management capabilities.

The "Project Financial Management" specialized training is an important step for Viteccons in building a professionally strong team, especially as the construction market increasingly demands strict cost control and financial efficiency.
