On November 16, 2024, Viteccons continued with the fourth session in the series of 14 soft skills training programs for its workforce: "Conflict Resolution Skills."

The training session helped employees master conflict resolution skills, including identifying causes, choosing the appropriate resolution style, improving communication skills, and managing emotions. This, in turn, creates opportunities for innovation and development within the organization, while boosting both personnel management effectiveness and project quality.
