With the exciting atmosphere of the country to see the new year in, on January 1, 2017, at Dao Duy Anh Stadium 19 Ho Chi Minh City, Viteccons organized a football championship to "Celebrate Spring 2017" with the aim of strengthening ties between individuals, departments and the sites and of creating a healthy playground for sports movement in general and football in particular. The tournament has the participation of players from four teams: the Office department, the City Focus Lighting Factory site, the LakeView City project site, and the Boton Hotel Nha Trang project site.

The first eliminating round was a match between the Boton Hotel team and the LakeView City team. With their stars and support from the fans, the Boton Hotel team easily led the LakeView team. As a result, with the score of 7-0, the Boton Hotel team received a ticket to the final. In the second eliminating round, there was a fierce match between the Office department team and the City Focus Lighting team. Unfortunately, luck was not on the side of the Office department team when the last ticket to the final went to the City Focus Lighting team.

The final match ended with the championship for the Nha Trang Boton Hotel site team. With the score by 9-4, the Boton Hotel team officially received the golden trophy of the tournament from the general director of Viteccons – Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan.

The tournament ended in the joy of everyone. The players proved the solidarity, fair-play, and noble sport spirit. In addition, the tournament was an opportunity for everyone’s to interact and relax after hard working hours, and to become united.
