In the session on "Material and Equipment Management," Mr. Bùi Thanh Tú – Head of the Investment & Equipment Management Department – introduced the processes for managing, utilizing, and monitoring materials and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and project progress.
The program is an annual activity within the company’s sustainable human resource development strategy. It helps new employees grasp key areas such as management systems, work processes, welfare policies, occupational safety, and material-equipment management procedures. The training sessions are led by internal instructors from specialized departments, who bring practical knowledge and extensive experience.

The topic “Management System” presented by Mr. Mai Huy Sáng – Head of the Legal and System Management Department – provided new employees with an overview of Viteccons’ operational system.
