After the winning of bid, Viet Technical Construction JSC (Viteccons) has carried out preparation of the space and arranged construction site. On the morning of 29th Oct 2013, Viteccons officially hold groundbreaking ceremony of Office building at 198 Bau Cat.

At the ceremony, there are the representative of contractor - Mr Nguyen Kim Hai, along with the Board of Directors and all Boards of Site Manager of Viteccons.

The success of the office building project at 102 Bau Cat has effected to - the Investor - Mr Nguyen Kim Hai so he has trusted and invited Viteccons to construct the project of the office building at 198 Bau Cat, which affirms that Viteccons achieve the belief and prestige in the construction field, and the trademark of Viteccons is closer and closer to partners and clients.

To meet the demand of progress, safe –working, environment sanitation, and quality of the project, Board of Site Managers has been setup with the group of engineers, architects, safety and skilled technical staffs who are experienced, well - trained on construction, project management, especially safe – working and environment sanitation. All the Board has been working with the intent determination for the success of the project.

Located on Bau Cat Street, Ward 11, Tan Binh District, HCMC, the 198 Bau Cat project occupies more than 3.100 m2 in flooring area, including 1 basement, 1 ground, 1 medium and 4 storeys, architected by Trong Tin Design and Construction Company. As the progress, Viteccons shall finish the project after more than 3 months, Viteccons assure to complete the project as the committed progress and meet the quality requirements in order to firm the trust of the investor and keep - cooperating in the future.
