On February 8, 2025, Viteccons held a ceremony to announce the appointment decisions for key management positions:

Mr. Võ Ngọc Phong was appointed as the Northern Regional Executive Director.

Mr. Ung Thanh Khiết was appointed as the Project Director.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Đỗ Ngọc Tuấn – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Phan Huy Vĩnh – General Director, members of the Executive Board, and all management personnel across the entire system

Mr. Võ Ngọc Phong has been dedicated to and has accompanied Viteccons for nearly 15 years. With his competence and dedication, he has been highly recognized and valued by the leadership. This is reflected in his appointments to various key positions throughout his career, from Construction Supervisor to Site Manager, Project Director cum Head of Infrastructure Division, and now Northern Regional Executive Director cum Head of Infrastructure Division.

Mr. Ung Thanh Khiết has nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry, having held various positions such as Construction Supervisor, Deputy Site Manager, Deputy Project Director, and Project Director. Gaining the trust of the leadership, he was invited to join Viteccons and has now been appointed as Project Director.
