On June 24, 2023, at the Ruby meeting room - the company's headquarters, Viteccons organized a training session titled "Waste and Waste Control on Construction Sites" with the aim of improving efficiency and minimizing waste in construction projects. The training session was conducted by the Board of Financial Control and targeted participants including Deputy Site Manager, Senior Supervisors, and QS engineers.
During the training session, Mr. Ngo Xuan Truong - Financial Control Specialist, identified the causes of waste in construction materials, equipment, machinery, and labor costs.

He emphasized the importance of accurate budgeting, efficient resource allocation, and closely monitoring material usage. He also introduced tracking and waste control forms, and together, the participants discussed these forms to develop measures to identify and reduce waste, thereby increasing cost efficiency and improving the financial outcomes of projects. Real-life cases were also presented in a visual and vivid manner to help participants understand and apply the knowledge gained from the training to their practical work.
On the same day, at the Sapphire meeting room - Viteccons' headquarters, the Technical Department also organized an online training session for MEP supervisors with the topic "Method Statement for the Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation."
Mr. Tran Tan, a Senior Specialist from the MEP Technical Department, introduced different types of air conditioning systems and important aspects of complying with technical requirements for material and equipment selection, as well as the steps for checking the construction process of the system. He also provided notes on common errors encountered During the Air Conditioning System Construction Process. Thanks to detailed guidance and practical examples, MEP supervisors had the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the construction process and apply their knowledge to their daily work.
