On June 22, 2024, Viteccons announced the establishment of the Economic Division and the appointment of key management positions:

• Mr. Do Trong Tuan - Director of the Economic Division;
• Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan - Head of the Safety and Security Department.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan – Chairman of the Board, Mr. Phan Huy Vinh – General Director, members of the Executive Board, and all management staff across the system.

Mr. Do Trong Tuan has been with Viteccons since its inception in 2009. Starting as a staff member, he was promoted to Deputy Head of the Bidding Department after two years, and later to Head of the Bidding Department. His dedication and proven capabilities have earned him the trust of the leadership, culminating in his appointment as Director of the Economic Division.

Upon receiving his appointment, Mr. Tuan said, "Being appointed as Director of the Economic Division is a source of motivation and trust from the leadership. This position carries significant pressure to fulfill the assigned tasks. I commit to making the Economic Division a strong support, coordinating effectively with project directors and site management teams for more efficient operations, and I look forward to the support of my colleagues."

Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan joined Viteccons in 2022, holding roles as Senior Specialist and Deputy Head of the Safety and Security Department. With over 15 years of experience in construction and safety, and having held management positions at reputable construction companies, his expertise, responsibility, and commitment to Viteccons have led to his appointment as Head of the Safety and Security Department. In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan said, "Viteccons' leadership places great importance on safety and security in our operations. I am honored by the trust of the leadership and colleagues, which recognizes my efforts. Ensuring project completion on time and to quality standards while maintaining safety is no easy task. I hope we will all work together with the Safety and Security Department to meet the company’s development needs and leadership expectations."
